CLO began as the community we were looking for ourselves, a place for deeper connections, meaningful conversations, and experiences that gave us practical tools to understand ourselves a little better.

As the community grew, we began asking: how do we bring this to more people? Technology gave us a way to scale, but the bigger idea became clear. Wellbeing tools should be taught early, when young people are still learning who they are, and made available to those who often need them most: people navigating the pressures of modern work.

That's how CLO evolved across schools, communities, and workplaces. At its heart, we're sharing the same human lessons: how to understand yourself, manage pressure, build confidence, and connect with others, simply delivered in a language that makes sense for each stage of life.
